NEX 8200 Video/File folder playback problem... Please help ! :)

I have a 8200 NEX, Ive put the newest fw on it (I think it was 1.01).

 

I have a Bypass (3 wire...from ebay lol..) I think its called a double pulse or something.

 

Ive done the POWER off/press secret button..

 

ok the problem:

 

The FY: Ive Formatted BOTH a USB Flash and a SD Micro card (problem is on both)... (and ive tried a 2nd SD card (both class 10 sandisk)

 

After inserting (any of the 3).. and going to SD Card or USB..

 

It will READ the format etc.

 

I have a total of 3 folders: HD Video's, SD Video's and MP3 Music.

 

Generally the 1st time it will go into all 3 folders etc navigation is fine.

(sidenote if I back out it DOES revert to the 1st file  (of "A" (a to Z)) It never remembers where it left off.

 

More importantly 5 mins later I turn off car (and avic powers off by key)

and when I restart car/avic 2 of the 3 folders will be BLACKED (greyed out) and you CANT get into them

 

This happens will all 3 media's and always after the 2nd time of accessing it.

 

All are formatted FAT32.

 

I called Pio all they said is to press reset button on front.. ... did this it didnt solve problem.

 

Any insight or help would be MUCH MUCH Appreciated

I did forget to mention... this happens weather im moving or not (doesnt matter.)..
