ex-28 Posted January 22, 2017 Report Share Posted January 22, 2017 i know the deck has a good eq built in but when driving at times it would be great to have treble control at my fingertips from time to time . so im looking at maybe installing Clarion EQS755 equalizer. problem is how would you connect this ? the eq has main in so from my deck what line would i use to go to the main in on the eq front pre outs or rear pre outs so i just connect the front out to the eq input then run the 2 sets of rca to my 4 channel amp , and leave the rear preouts disconnected on the back of the deck correct ? also hoping i could make use of the sub volume on the eq and do away with my inline sub volume knob would this be possible ?
