wbstein Posted October 3, 2007 Report Share Posted October 3, 2007 Hello everyone. My Pioneer AVIC N2 headunit was stolen this week. I plan on repurcharsing AVIC. They took the headunit and left the brain. They also took my Playstation2 and Guitar Hero Guitar.. Worst of all - - - They stole my HIGH SCORES!!!!! Would it be best to repurchase N2 because the install would be easy? Or is this a good opportunity to upgrade to an N3, or N4? Is there even a big difference that I could see? Is the N3, or N4 compatible with the N2 brain? Do they have the same wires and connections? Would it be worth purchasing the N4 and trying to sell my N2 brain on eBay? Finally, is the driving hack (which I did myself on the N2) as easy to do on the N3, and N4? Thanks everyone. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
whtcrxghst Posted October 3, 2007 Report Share Posted October 3, 2007 Driving hack is easier on the N3 and N4 than it was on your N2. N4 is worth the extra cash in my opinion. Bigger screen, glossy finish, best ipod integration of any Pioneer, bluetooth ready. It will not work with your N2 brain though.
