Can someone please tell me which wire I need to connect the rear gear (violet/white) wire to in a 2007 Camry SE? I tried connecting it to the positive wire connected to the reverse light bulbs and the screen kept skipping. PLEASE HELP!!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I couldn't find the 17 pin plug your were talking about so I just went to the install shop and they ran a wire from the reverse light to the radio. Turns out that the camera was defective. They tried theirs and it worked fine. Where I got it from thinks it might be a PAL/NTSC issue. They sent me what they said was a NTSC and will be sending me a PAL one. Does this make sense to you? I'll be calling Pioneer to see if they can give some tech support on this. I need to know if the avic d3 uses a PAL or NTSC camera. Thanks for everything. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
