Fireguyy
Sent my N1 in for flex upgrade cause the screen stopped working. I got it back a week or so later damaged, and now they want me to pay $200 to fix what they broke! They broke the black trim where the face plate attaches to. I sent it back and told them they did it and they are trying to tell me they took pictures of my N1 before they did any work, and all they did is send me pictures of the damage I pointed out to them look at what they did. Has anyone else had any problems with pioneer repair.

Fireguyy
UPDATE: after a bombardment of emails, and threats to go to the BBB, pioneer agreed to fix the unit at no cost.
jace93
wow that sucks I am glad they are taking care of it. I have sent in 10 or more n1's to be fixed and they have 1 they are fixing right now. I have never had a problem with them other than them doing unwanted software upgrades to unit.
