Willy_G Posted November 24, 2007 Report Share Posted November 24, 2007 Hi, Guys !! I'm new here...I just need help buying a new In-dash navigation for my 2007 Toyota Camry SE. I want to get a good navigation that would look good in my dash, and i need an advice from you guys in which model to buy...I already checked some models out and these are the ones i liked (Avic-Z2 , Avic-D2 and Avic-D3)now...I want to be able to use the navigation and play movies while driving. I went to a dealer and i asked one of the installers there and he told me that the Avic-Z2 Can't be bypassed....There's no way!!! He said...he told me that the Avic-D3 can be bypassed...easily. I like more the Avic-Z2 then the Avic-D3 because of the knob on the D3...but Is the D3 a better choice? I think the knob it's not a big deal, i think it would look good in my car anyways. joe r Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 The AVIC-Z2 & AVID-D3 are both great decks.One will be better than the other on choices you make.If yoru dead set on a Z2.I would buy it as you live only once so be happy.
