bowhunterdavis
For some reason I got one of the N3's without the silver sticker. Is there anyway to bypass the one I have? Thanks!!!
GSXR_RCR
did you look on the head unit or on the brain, it should be on the bottom of the head unit, if you looked in the right place and their still isnt one, post a picture so we can look at it.
bowhunterdavis
If I get a chance to take it back out, i'll try and take a picture. I looked in the same place as the pictures that they have posted on this forum, but mine is different. It has no void sticker on it. Straight out of the box from Circuit City and no sticker. They must have done something a little different on mine. I got mine Christmas 2006. It looks like on mine, where the little void sticker is supposed to be is a similar hole, but looks like maybe a thin plastic sheet may be blocking me from doing anything. I don't really know a whole lot about this type of stuff. I was just thinking maybe someone else had a similar problem and knew how to fix it. Thanks!!!
whtcrxghst
Sounds like your lookin in the wrong spot. Pull the deck out of the dash, take off the cage, flip it over...See silver sticker
bowhunterdavis
I have pulled the radio out of the dash and removed the plastic frame that holds the radio to the dash and found no silver sticker.
whtcrxghst
Not the plastic frame, the metal CAGE. Its attached to the deck by four little screws on the front. Take that off, slide the deck out of the cage, flip it over, see silver sticker
bowhunterdavis
Thanks!!! I guess I wasn't going far enough. I thought when I pulled it out of the plastic frame that was it. I guess I don't know much about radio's. I loosened the four screws that you was talking about, slid the radio out of its housing and there it was the silver sticker. That was pretty easy. Thanks for the information!
