Periodically when I am driving the bluetooth will kick in, mute the music , and I will hear one quiet phone ring. Then the music comes back on. It is as if the bluetooth is picking up someones phone as I drive by. Any one else notice this and is there a way to correct it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. dawgbone Posted December 10, 2007 Report Share Posted December 10, 2007 It's probably not picking up anyone else's BT phone. I don't even know if the Avic can use more than one BT phone. Besides you have to pair them first.... However, I noticed mine mute the music slightly, when I received a SMS text messege...But I actually think it wsa my Iphone that does the muting when it's connected to the IPOD adapter.
