  1. Curious if there's a solution to this as well. If I'm not mistaken though, most (if not all) 30-pin to lightning adapters don't support video output, and only (from my experience, at least) genuine Apple adapters support audio output.
  2. I just logged on to post this exact same thing. Mine works fine on full charge, but last night is when I hadn't charged it all day and went to plug it in only to receive the error. Hopefully there's a fix somewhere along the line or at least an added configuration for users to adjust or remove the increased current past xx% setting. As a short-term fix to your troubles (well, mine too), why not invest in a USB car charger and use a USB lightning cable to charge your phone while you stream audio/calls?
  3. Same problem here with an iPhone 6 (64gb). I purchased the apple 30 pin to lightning connector and it's worked fine since Saturday (9/20) when I first got the phone. Now (9/23) I'm getting this same USB disconnected prompt. I hope a firmware update or something can fix this soon.
