Thank I appreciate the help, unfortunately I guess maybe since the unit was an upgrade to the new software I am going to call my vendor and get a replacement sent out to me once they are shipped out from Pioneer. I want try to make it work, I really like this unit and don't want to hear the wife's I told you so. Thanks

Does anyone have the Phone # or who to contact at either Pioneer or Avic. This is getting ridiculous. My Blackberry worked fine vefore the update, now, not so good, it connects disconnects, and after deleting, repairing, etc, same problem, really frustrated but want to keep the device. Thanks

Thanks , yes that part i understand, but when i go back to try to type in a new address and it is blacked out, isn't that a bad thing?? Won't let me search again or isn't abailable to select

When I try to type in an address in the destination menu it will begin to type and then black out, can't finish the address, then when I go back to try again the address icon is blacked out, any thought .?? I also noticed this with the phone on occasion, believe it or not my blackberry worked great until the update and now the phone screen icon are blacked out, can't even get to the phone settings to make sure the bluetooth is indeed on. thanks

Thanks reset the ipod and it connects, only problem now is that the Nav bluetooth won't turn on and the address book on the navigation destibation screen are blacked out and can't be used, Thoughts

I reset the ipod back to default and reloaded all the media on it last night, haven't tried yet because my wife took the the suv to work, but would you recommend resetting the nav unit again and if so just hit reset while the car is on and let reboot. thanks

Has anyone else had this problem or have an solution. I have a 900BT and after I did the update it went ok. I had my ipod plugged in and switched to the ipod, I got the screen and vr catalog screen it finished and then when I pushed a tab to change the selection it when to the off stage and stopped working. I looked at the settings and noticed my av 1 setting was none. So i changed it back to ipod and then restarted the car and it recognized it again, then same issue. I turned off the car and then started it up minus the ipod connected to clear maybe any static , then stopped the car, reconnec

I have a 4Runner. I had my F900BT installed and the FM and AM Stations would not come in. I checked witht the installer to make sure the blue Power Antenna was connected and it was. We found out the antenna had come out of the back of the unit, it was reconnected and Stations came in clearly. 1 hour later no FM stations or AM. Any thoughts. thanks

I can not get my Blackberry to stay connected to my F900BT Nav system. It will find it, connect and then on it's own will disconnect from the bluetooth after a minute. Is this a known issue and is there a patch or fix for this. I would hate to send it back based on the fact I use a blackberry for work. thanks

I have the same problem, however mine will connect for a minute then disconnect on it's own?? Any thoughts
