After much digging around I was able to find a way to convert the speed/police traps & red light cameras provided by Trapster and loaded them up with success. Here is the latest file as of 9/5/11. I don't know if necessary but delete anything that is in your speedcam directory before placing the file. I hope this helps, enjoy! Trapster Speed-US.txt

I think there should be a write up on how to add our own POI icons, if we all contribute we could fill the missing POI in no time. BTW thank you VBLUE42 and flyboyindy for the great work..

Totally agree, shipping was fast and thomashohl kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very satisfied! My original knob was turning white because all the original coating was chipping off, this knob is a bit bigger after using it for a bit it feels a whole lot better that way. Thanks again for providing us a great product.

Weird, I've been using the same card with the unit since I received it and it has always worked for me. I followed your suggestion and used a different SD card and viola!, it booted right into testmode. Thank you for your help!

I've tried many testmode files and cannot get the unit to boot up under testmode. I tried v2.3 with no luck anyone else have this problem/fix? Thank you in advance.

I've only had my unit restart on me once, I realized if I push MAP right after it boots up it seems to crash but if I wait a couple of seconds after it loads it has no problems.

My updated ended up failing once it booted so what i did was place the unit in TestMode, copy everything inside the update folder LPUE080 such as AP1, AP2, AP3, etc. and past it the My Flash Drive directory. Restart and it should be updated... I just did this now and it seems like everything went well.

download it off the pioneer website and install it as if it were a regular update.

Thank you Gadget for this, is there anywhere we can get the updated speedcam files? Also I just loaded the files and get System Is Starting Up Please Wait... but it will not do anything, looks like I have to reset.
