  1. Hello Ralph, just to keep this post alive i want to inform who may concern i haven't had any luck yet trying to placing Mexico Maps they are just installed on a very different file system. Anyway i'll keep trying. Cheers!

Hey man thanks for the advice about the hacking method and thanks for the link was pretty helpfull!!, i'm currently trying to locate the map folder(s) if any in order to place the "fbl" (Mexico_83_TA_2009.09.fbl)Mexico Map files files that i have from my current iGo system-based car stereo, at this point i can only guess they could be different extensions or another kind of map files because until now i was unable to find something similar to the tele atlas fbl files i have. Maybe they are navteq, any idea or clue will be very helpfull and of course i will post the whole procedure once i figur

  4. Dear Vblue42, thanks for letting me know that, i suposse i'm stuck at least for some months until someone figures out the hack. Hello vblue 42 and/or experts i will pay for this solution via paypal under request, seriously i need to get Mexico maps to 2 X930bt units, at this point i'm not sure if these units will work with the Windows CE mod like the F series, i allready have teleatlas updated maps for Mexico includding pois downloaded from navitotal.com, please don't get me wrong i´m not lazy i have been searching over this great site an over the www for any kind of information about these HU but nothing they seemed to work with windows automotive basic 5.5, i'm used to use a more standard chinesse navi which works w

Dear vblue42 or other who succeded adding maps to the X series, i have a similar problem i live in Mexico city and i want to put Mexico maps on my X930bt i wonder if it´s possible to do as some people has done it with the x910 and x915, i´m not lazy i have looked over the whole www and found nothing not even a procedure to hack modify older x series so you help is very much appreciated, if you could includde a link for modifying this i will double thank you. I've just acquire a x930Bt and since it only has maps fur USA and Canada I wonder if you can help me out how to install Mexico Maps so it can be all North America, i currently have installed on my VW GTi 2005 a chinesse version of the OEM layout Stereo+NAVIG+DVD which works with windows CE and it uses IGo 8.x with tele atlas Maps for all America from Brazil to Alaska, i fact i managed to acquire updated maps for Mexico 2009 from www.navitotal.com, but since i really miss the sound quality of my old stereo(alpine) i decided to
