Go back to the first page of this thread, and look at the third posted picture. Plain as day.

are you saying that the red circled part is the microfuse that needs to be replaced for the noise problem? this thread was created for the purpose finding the bypass. I'm just using this same picture to find the microfuse that needs to be replace because of the noise issue.

I have a n1 that I upgraded the disc to the cndv-70mt. It updated the unit fine then I took out the disc to see a DVD but I was unable to since it has the restricitons now even thought I grounded the green barking wire. When I went to put back the 70mt disc it says reading error can not get it to read probly cause the disc is all scrated up. I tryed to put the 40 disc but it now says invalied disc so I have no navigation. Is there a way to restore it back? Thanks help asap

Also is there a place were I can get the bypass done on my n1? I rather pay a little to get it done right then to lose alot. I live in Houston tx.

Hi all...... I'm really glad I found this site!!
I have a AVIC-N1 (allready in a vehicle I just purchased) and of course am going crazy without being able to view DVD and NAV while driving.

So, as far as I can understand on here, is all I have to do to get rid of this problem is to ground out the E-Brake signal wire and then install (solder) 1 jumper wire on the circuit board??? Is that correct, or is there more to it???

Please help, just so I know what I will have to deal with!!!

Any info. would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanx So much!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?

Get a CitcuitWriter and connect these. I do not have an n1 but this is in the same area as the n2 and n3

Is this the correct area to solder the jumper wire for the N1? I recently updated my N1 with the 90 discs and now I get that pop up window while playing movie while in motion.

I found this thread but not a clear cut what to do.
