Hey guys after searching foe a long time I came across this forum and did the steps that are mentioned above but when I get to the last step of press "v" on disk I get the message "there is no program file".

hello , im new here but i have a problem with my HD3 Pioneer , its freeze on Start Up Pioneer Navigation........ and do it the same all the time , what can i do to fix this and where from can i take firmware update ? thanks
