I know, they are being stubborn. How can it be a hardware issue when it used to work? Electronics don't expire like milk. Oh well

I just got my AVIC-D2 installed and I have not been able to click any of those buttons either. I have NAVTRAFFIC and XM serivice. I tried to reset my XM recieiver and have XM to send a hit no luck. But like everyone else my stocks come through fine.

I was able to use browse a long time ago, but I can't either now.

I know it worked with my original software.

I just posted a new thread and completely didnt see this thread. Having same problems on the navtraffic-xm unit and the Avic-Z2

Browse buttons dont work, sports wont connect. Traffic is working. status says OK. Very Strong signal. Confirmed my account with XM several times.

Theres a reset button on the XM unit? Anyone got a pic of it since I didn't see it.

Its a little hole on the side about the size of a ball point pen tip. Hit that and see if it helps. You might also try refreshing the activation-- Think its www.xmradio.com/refresh
