Where is this video everyone is talking about? I can't find a link in either thread.

...AND are we gonna get some new XM Tuner upgrade that will supply NAV Weather for us Z/N/D series owners???
The Z/N/D use completely different hardware/software, so no. No XM Weather, only MSN Direct.

So will the new units MSN Direct features have the "Doppler Weather Maps" or just the Weather? Actually which features will it have and not have?

List from msndirect.com

Smart Traffic Reports, Weather, Gas Prices, Send to GPS, Local Events, Movie Times, News Headlines, Stock Quotes, Flight Status, Doppler Weather Maps

No Doppler weather.

Do you have more videos of the X910BT in action?

The local events, news, and stock quotes look pretty cool. Even still, if I can't load supermans red theme, software bypass, custom voices, etc etc....I may have to pass. All my fingers are crossed that someone figures out testmode on 3.0, or at least some way to access the internal flash/load files.

I should have my question in this forum. :)

Will these models or the 3.0 upgrade on the f-series include speed cameras and red light cameras options?

This will be the official Q&A for the 2009 Pioneer Road Show on June 13th.

Ask your questions here, and get them answered by Pioneer!

Another question: in the new X-series, has the iPhone 3G (and presumably 3GS) charging issue been corrected so we'll no longer need to purchase a 3rd pary dongle to get it to charge normally?

I don't think it does, they didn't mention anything about the european models.

Posted Jun 17, 2009 · 17:41 UTC#38

i don't think that would be a problem, i think the problem right now is going into testmode

I was hoping that Pioneer actually implemented a function that was hard coded in there to begin with. Because yeah, if the testmode doesn't work, neither will my red light camera warning. :( One could hope that they didn't short change us on this side of the pond.

Bump -

I'd also like to know if this is in the Xseries/3.0 update.

Does anyone know if updating to the 3.0 Firmware has any adverse effect on the Hardwire Bypass? I'd love to have the latest and greatest update but not if I have to reconfigure a a way to run the Nav/DVD while in motion.... Thanks in advance for any assistance.

This is a very important question. I am also very curious about that.

any word on whether the steering wheel control cables might change?

a few months ago i got an F900bt & it's crapping out & defective. my stereo guy was really cool & since the X910 is coming out, told me he'll replace my F900 with the X910.

my concern now is whether or not the steering wheel control cable that i have will still work with the new X910. i didn't want to have to replace the cable also. the one i have was very hard to find, & i'd just rather not have to buy a new one or have it fed through the steering column.

It's the same jack, but i'm curious if they've added the preset up & down back in? Never could understand how that got left out of the F series

May have been asked, but does the AVI-Z110BT have phone number look up that the Avic-D3 did?

I loved the D3 and hated the F90 as far as how the nav operated, and that phone number look up was pulled out.
