submitted mine but still doesnt show up on the rebate website. Emails have gone un-returned.

I filed a complaint today with Pioneer HQ on behalf of all of us (btw they are familiar with this site)

that the rebate company is non responsive, slow and no one has received their rebates.

wow.........Pioneer just basically fluffed this one off and are saying they have nothing to do with the rebates and to call the company.

Rebates are always a 6 to 8 week wait. I think you guys are jumping the gun a little.

Vb I understand where you coming from but more to the point its not knowing if they have received it in the first place. And, to be able to get some form a response would be nice. $200 is $200

I am in the same boat; I submitted my rebate on Oct 20. The rebate company states that they have no record of my submitting the paperwork. I have subsequently sent 5 emails with all documentation attached, sent one fax, and called several times. The rebate company does not seem to be interested in fulfilling the rebates, and Pioneer has washed their hands saying it is up to the rebate company. I am following up with the Postal Inspector and the State Attorney General to investigate this situation. It seems that Pioneer is committing fraud. I advise everyone to do the same.

shame that this is how it has to come down. I am going to keep trying. Be nice if I could find a local number for the Pioneer HQ but no luck so far.

The supervisor I left the message with from Pioneer CS has not returned my call.

I do have one email from the rebate company saying they have no idea about this promo

Curious part is that I submitted my info in mid-Oct - and it's showing received just yesterday?

At least the status is encouraging.

I saw the the same status last night about my rebate is valid and is going to be paid. Looks like good new.

just got email confirming the reciept and validation of my rebate, got tracking number and they said i should get it by 1/29/10 yeah will be submitting another one . doing wifeys 02 escalade ext converted to 03 bezel and radio mount. z110 will be in just befoe christmas. jim

Checked amazon again and car toys has for $959 - $200 rebate as special offer.

Plenty of my customers have received their rebates back without incident. Did you purchase from an authorized dealer?

If you purchased from an unauthorized dealer, then you're getting your dues. Also, keep in mind, many electronic companies, and companies related to the industry, are just now getting back in the swing from CES.

i purchased my unit from 6thave electronics. they are listed as an authorized dealer on the pioneer website... hopefully i get my rebate lol

Good luck. 6ave is sketchy as shit. For a LONG time, they listed themselves as an authorized dealer for Pioneer, but what they DIDN'T say was that they were only an authorized dealer for Pioneer's home theater products. I believe they are now authorized, though.

My avic has already been installed. Do I have to pull the radio to get the serial #? Where did you pull the serial # from. Thanks in advance for any info.

Where on the box? The only number on my box was the UPC#, and that is not the "serial #." The rebate company said that the serial number is only on the product itself. I guess I'll have to remove the radio to get the number.
