Can it be that one of the RS-Links is missing. These 10 links are 957mb in total. If the size of the maps should be 1.17gb, we miss 60mb of data. Should there be a part 11?

Are the 2010 Q2 still the latest European maps available for download ?

Sorry for being such a newb, but is there supposed to be a link for the ezrider and license file in the first post? I've got the map files, but I'm lacking the ezrider and the license files. Does anyone know where to find them? Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Nevermind, they were included on the part 7 of the .rars, however the links won't work anymore. Could anyone upload the ezrider and the license files again? I would greatly appreciate it.
