Call me stupid, but I am not clear on what you mean by "putting it up on newsgroups."

If I am using bit torrent to download, are you using a torrent client program to make it available for upload or are you using another method that I am not experienced with?

newzbin.com or nforce.nl for listings of whats on the newsgroups.

Grabit for a free newsgroup reader to download with.

Does any body have a working EAST CND-60MP torrent? The ones that are out there give "unrecognised file format for recording". If you do let me know thanks.

Whats the file extension of the image you downloaded, and which dvd burning program are you using?

The extension is a MDF file or Alcohol 120. Im burning it through alcohol, the west one worked fine but the east is messed up.

The file name for the east is CPJ1175-1-A and the file name for the west is Pioneer AVIC-N2 WEST CPJ1175-2-A.

I d/l the east and west coast disks (60mp) from bittorrent but the east coast disk is no good. Can anyone repost the disks on alt.binaries.comp for me? Also, do you need both disks to be able to upgrade the info on an avic-n1? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, I figured out how to burn the East coast torrent finally. Just have to be repaired in winrar first.
