Way heyyyy! Well done! Diaftia's mod makes the AVIC more useable and you can personalise it to suit your needs. And just follow his instructions. Remember to keep that copy of 'my flash disk' safe in case you ever want to go back to the original firmware. And reboot means restart! That tiny little reset button just returns all your settings to factory default.

If I'd realised you still had all the files from your US version3 you'd have been up & running days ago!

Much better...I went from version 1.0 to 3.0 and WOW! Now I push the touch screen and it actually does something almost right away no more lag! It seems to boot up faster aswell.

I will try the Diaftia mod tonight. I made a back up of my flash disk already.
