Did you see post #16 in this thread? Since you have a f20bt, start at step #10. If you have specific questions or don't understand the steps then ask. These instructions are a little "sparse". You should probably browse several of the related threads to fill-in some of the missing details. Like the format of the fake password. Just do some reading. Good luck.

You need to install the hacked software in the 2.004 patch, regardless of whether you installed 2.003 or not. That is what allows you to get by the unique password verification when you install the V3.00 upgrade.

If you don't feel comfortable, just wait a while. The procedure will eventually get better documented and you will have more confidence when many others have successfully done it. I suppose it would be possible to brick your HU - but not likely. Biggest concern would be if you somehow lost power in the middle of it. Make sure your battery is fully charged. Don't touch your ignition key while it is installing.

It's updated now - my mistake. CNSD-210fm is the correct version.

YES - Exactly! Update with SD1 your 3.11 to 3.10 and then 3.10 to 3.22

Wrong SD card please insert to correct SD card message on %98. What can I do?

Since the first torrent is totally un-seeded, I wasted a couple hours and downloaded all 30 parts to create a new torrent.

This will be seeded up for a while... after that, it's on you guys to keep it up.
