But I can't access to the "parameter" menu of the unit anymore, no mater if the armbrake is pulled or not.

Any idea please ?

But how can I back up the original files on the F930BT right now?

I want to play it safe and if it's necesarry I can replace the installed files for the originals.

Been searching for one hour right now, but I can't find the answer.

(no updates done there till now, except for firmware to 2.009 - with neither CNSD-100FM, nor CNSD-200FM - which, I guess, are old already)

This pill upgraded an European F20BT straight from 02.000 to 04!

Used premium fast 4gb SD and copy/paste for the files.

Navteq coverage seems to be better for South Eastern Europe.

FRISK Hello, I have upgraded maps for my F30BT Italian.

It all works fine except the voice recognition and TTS Italian language I assume that I can not select from the list.

Is there a solution?

The CD-ROM Pioneer there are "TTS-Voice" but strangely not the Italian one.

can anyone tell me if the maps for Austria and German TTS is included with the update?

there is Austria.

for an unknown reason, some of us have lost western european TTS voices after the upgrade... and got South and eastern european ones instead!

just make a backup of your TTS voice before upgrading and reinstall it after if needed.

How to make a backup of TTS voice, if I don't have any DVDs? Is it possible to make a backup in testmode? Couldn't find a voice folder anywhere in the folders.

with testmode you just have to copy TTSDATA folder from the avic to SD card...

I couldn't initially select my native language (Spanish) in the update but I picked English and later on went to settings, regional, and there changed back to Spanish once more. 

Somebody asked if there is Italian, in my case it is there as an option. You may have the same problem, so pick another language you are familiar with (Spanish?) and later on change to Italiano.

A lot of reactions on this topic and I think I will also update my pioneer.
But is there a resume which models can use this update?

Finally, I got it from an older update : CNSD-210FM.

But there are only 3 TTS voices in this one : french, american english and spanish... so there's still no german for you.
