Hi, take attached CARDINFO.Cif

Or

Open the original in text editor, search and replace this:

KJJARRH8R51UX72EUR

With

X07EURX27EURX30EUR

It will work, flashed my F20 this morning on my way to work and it worked like a charm.

I do not notice any difference, the interface is the same at least in my f10, imagine only cartography. Have you noticed any difference? when you say the original CarInfo, say the CarInfo my device or the original?

and I work in the avicF10-BT. but I do not see any change in interface, mapping surely yes

There are a few small changes on the f930 like the guide lines for reversing camera. There were a couple of others but it's mainly about more up to date mapping and device compatibility for Android and iphone devices.

I can confirm that, the Lines for the camera are there.... The BT firmware is also newer. Just update your BT firmware to the newest ((Then you can run the APPS)) from Bluetooth or wired.

The maps are updated, the lines for the camera are new. Just use my new cardinfo.cif attached.

thought we would have the interface 50, it hurts. when you get to a motorway exit the map is divided into two, whereas in f10, f20 and f30 is on a screen.

The 50 interface is based on new processor architecture as well so porting it would be extremely difficult as all the coding is completely different.

I must say having used both the 930 firmware is much better in many aspects. Simple tasks like rerouting round traffic jams can be done manually whereas on the 50 you have to wait for the headunit to decide whether it wants to reroute. If I could have kept the older 930 system and just added DAB software and hardware to it that would have been the best option for me.

Interference-free radio

There is a USB drive for DAB and DAB+ from Terratec, but I don't know if we can use it with AVIC Devices

Hi to everybody,

Just a short question:

Can I do this update to the following devices (which have never been updated before), Without updating them firstly with CNSD-310FM EU 2012, and if I skip the 2012 update and go straight to 2013 EU MAP UPDATE, do the following devices get all the Advanced app features and etc? Thanks.

AVIC-F10BT
AVIC-F20BT
AVIC-F920BT
AVIC-F9210BT
AVIC-F9220BT
AVIC-F30BT
AVIC-F930BT
AVIC-F9310BT

By the way, I have updated my F920BT to the latest 2013 version and everything went flowlessly (but I had the 2012 update instaled before also).

You can update directly to v2013 and you'll have app mode : just check the "what's new" description from the official update page.

Thanks all for the free update, just updated my f930bt without problem. As for the previous update don't forget to backup your TTS language if it's not English or you may lose it.

avic f930 bt model

Did you change any of the install files other than the validation key, did you apply any hacks to any of the installer files? If so you need to re-run the update with only the validation key changed. The installer must see all the original installer files for this update to run.

Posted Sep 24, 2013 · 20:13 UTC#45

Also try downloading again in case some of the files are corrupt.

Is the SD card good?

Hi!

Not sure it's the right forum but I try anyway! I've got an Avic F900BT and after it crashed I managed to get it back to normal thanks to this site. After installing the newest firmware (hybrid 40100) I can't find my maps anymore. It looks like there is a version in my Avic but not in the files I´ve downloaded. What can I do? Is it possible to just download Euromaps 2013 on this site and install them or what?

Can´t live without my navi so plz. help. I come from Denmark so I guess I need the TSS files too

Thanks in advanced

Hi all!

Many thanks for the update. Installed on brand new F9210BT (EU) that came with 2012 maps, and everything is working nice. Noticed the guidelines for backup camera, and also the 2012 maps that came with the unit were Tele-Atlas, now they're Navteq.

Many thanks, again, to Pug, Pionara and Travolta.
