here is the people's my avic-d3 with zune player in my 2002 eclipse rs .the zune is a really good player 30gb of mp3,video an picture of whatever u want. its does not have direct connect like the ipod ,but with the dock on remote for the zune its real easy. the d3 is bypass thanks for the quys that provided the bypass picture works prefect. check my picture and video out. the vido i made is a little mess up but is good the battary was low so the sound mess up a lil. here the link. thanks for checking out my review. the zune is as good as the ipod i love them both.

Ah, I was hoping it was through the USB interface that Pioneer offers. I am still trying to find a good way to integrate my Sandisk Sansa e270 that will still allow me to search by CDs and artists.

yeah i know i was going to get the usb thing from pioneer but didn't no if it will work the zune.but i save alot by using the a\v pack.i think using the usb i would lose some of the zune feature's i like it the way i have it right now.

only zune i think so far so good on loving it. i wish pioneer would make the zune intergrade like the ipod with the direct connect.

yes that will work prefect enjoy the zune it really good is saving me from buying cd's and dvd's.

the wire is a 12 Gauge about that are smaller. there the a/v cable an the the ac power i will post some pic of it soon.

Please post pictures of the interface between the zune and d3 soon. I bought the D3 because of your video. my gf already has a zune so i'd love to integrate it since the pricer z1/z2 only has 10 gig free for music. plus how did you get the video to play did u have to install extra hardware to bypass the lockout I heard about

sorry to bump this thread, however, do you think the a/v wires from ipod would work just as well? because we all know the ipod adapter sucks at displaying the current song playing, so would this being its ability to display video be able to display the song playing as well? because this would be a better alternative then the ipod adapter with the blue wire cut..

maybe i didn't really try any ipod stuff an my d3 so far. but i would go with the a\v cable from zune ,the one u show me. but u can try the ipod cable. maybe it work the same way. i will get back at u

I have both the ipod direct link hooked up and the zune av pack.

The Zune is much better as far as looks and user interface. However you have to use a separate remote and not the touch screen.

As far as the player goes the Zune runs circles around the Ipod.

am using this to power the dock. am making one more video that cover all the detail of the zune to avic-d3.
