put in slot two and let the system update. don't turn off the power source and let the system update itself. it takes about two mins to update and that's it.
the next time you turn on the nav, it should have a rev date of 05/2007.

I tried that with the west disk and it worked fine, but I am on the east coast. When I put in the east it says read error. I guess I just got a bad disk.

Got home today, and tried mine out, PERFECT!!!!! THANK YOU!!!
I will try the east coast just to make sure also
one question, has anyone tried custom backgounds with them? same thing? same way with the D2's? Of course I lost mine when I did this. I don't see any PIM's in there, they are all 0 size.

I also get an error when trying to copy these files on the new disks that I didn't get with the old ones, that they are read only files
BTW both disks work great!!!
