  2. this is alot less complicated than everyone says. this can be done with a regular cd-r create an image in some kind of image editor (ex. photoshop) you can download picture play for free online. save the image as jpg at 500x240 pixels. create a folder named pictures and drag your image/s into the folder. insert your disc and drag the folder into the cd and burn it. After thats done insert your disc into the d3 and go to the navigation menu touch settings and then system options. then touch background picture settings. three items appear, av background, splash background, and navigati
  3. I just finished my install of my d3 in my 2004 silverado. I had many problems doing this, but now that i got it i just wanted to post exactly how i did it. 1.soldered the wire harnesses together 2.i had to cut out a piece of the plastic behind the head unit. i cut the top portion with a dremmel. 3.i used the gm/suzuki multi installation kit. the piece that u need to use has a piece of plastic through the middle, cut that off with a knife and file it smooth. 4. i connected the reversegear wire. on silverados this is located benieth the steering wheel and behind the knee plate. remove
