i've had my D1 for over a year and just found this sight two days ago, i've since completely modded my backgrounds, including my opening screen.... so this mod is next.
the parking brake thing is easy. its this mute wire thing that is something i'd have never thought of....
so you're basically making a loop out of the mute wire where its going out and that back in to the harness, then grounding the loop... essentially grounding two pins??
I want to be sure before I go fry my trip-buddy
