Any pics? Model? What kind?

My screen keeps sticking on the main Pioneer screen. It does not do this all the time.. but most of the time now. I can listen to the CD, however I have no control over it... other than the Volume. I bought this off a friend of mine... but am now thinking that this radio is going to be giving me a lot of problems. I have the Ducati bypass. Could it be just a shoddy installation.. or something further involved?
