I'm sure this has already been covered, but I wasn't able to find it doing a search. I also posted in another forum, and haven't received a response. I'm looking to install a back up camera in my 06 F-250 with the Powerstrok Desiel. I have an AVIC-D3 alread installed. The truck used to have an in-dash 6 CD changer in it. It's my understanding from reading this forum, that the reverse wire I need to tap into is in the radio harness, if there was an in-dash changer. Can anyone tell me what color the reverse wire is and how to locate it on a 2006 Ford F-250 with a Powerstroke Desiel?

Did you get this worked out?? I'm considering adding a Bluetooth adapter to my F-250 Desiel. What was the resolution??

I have a 2006 F-250 Desiel with an AVIC-D3 installed already. I recently purchased a back up camera to install. The truck used to have the in-dash CD player before the AVIC install. Can you tell me where and what color the reverse wire is? How would I confirm it with my multi-meter? Will there be a change in DC current when in reverse? Thanks in advance.

Well, I guess the Pioneer website is wrong. The RCA assembly is not backordered. I got a e-mail notification that my parts were shipped yesterday!!

I'm such an idiot. I threw away my AVIC-D3 RCA adaptor with the box. I didn't need it for the installation. Now, I want to add a ND-BC2 back up camera. It arrived today. Now I realize I need the RCA adaptor. I ordered one from Pioneer, but it's on back order. Anyone know where I can get one??

I'd be interested in trading. I need an East DVD and have a West one.

Anyone know where I can buy or download a D3 Navigation DVD? I had my AVIC-D3 professionally installed while in Texas (I live in Florida). The technician left my east DVD at the shop. Now that I'm home, the GPS is worthless without it. I called and asked the manager to mail it to me, and he agreed, but I'm not counting on it. I tried to purchase a new one from Pioneer, but they have an 8 week backorder. Anyone have any idea where I can get one??
