has anybody had any problems with the avh p4000dvd and the bluetooth CDBTB200? when installed I for some reason cant select the function menu, its just "gray'd" out. Thanks in advance!

Whoever put it in there before probably "backstrapped" it, try getting behind the deck either through the glove box, or maybe under the steering column to the right. There should be a screw of some sort holding a metal "backstrap" piece, which is connected to the unit. Unskrew that and it should slide right out.
