I found the flex cable is defective.

I need to find a aftermarket dash kit for my 06 dodge ram 1500 quad, Or do I just modify the existing dash? Also, do I need and additional adapators? Also, ( sorry for being a pest ) I had a avic n2, could I use the LCD screen for back video? The unit's flex cable broke and came right out of the base, while ripping the cable in half. Any help would be greatly apprecitated. John

Hello, Did you modify your existing dask, or buy an aftermarket? I have a 2006 ram 1500 and hope for it to look like yours. Any help?
