anyone find the f90bt backup OS? i'm stuck on the boot screen!

HELP!!!! TRIED TO upgrade my avic f90bt but didn't back up. any idea where i can find the oem software to get me back running. my avic just sits on the pioneer screen.

I am not sure. i know the older units use the GPS signal to show speed on the vehicle dynamics screen. not sure if this one does. My avic D2 displayed it. I use the speedometer app on my phone to display my speed if needed.
