I just want to let you guys know that I got my issue resolved by switching the usb wire to another one. the one that was installed was just a charging wire.

Just want to clarify. So you had to change the usb cable out on usb2 in order for it to start reading devices?

I'm having the same problem as well. I'm going to try to use different USB cables to see if that works.

Did you remember if your phone was charging? I'm having the same problem.
