  1. I can see the faint grey lines in the background of my N4 as well. I can only see them faintly, moving and shimmering slightly, when I look at the background screens. Are you saying that there is a work around to get them to go away?
  2. I have done a lot of reading on this site about this topic. whtcrxghst has been the guy answering these questions the most. He has said that any Ipod will play music via the CD I200 cable, but the video wont play due to the Apple chip issue. I have the N4, the I200 cable, and a 3rd gen Ipod Nano with the lastest version 1.1.3. The N4 recognizes that the Ipod is plugged in and the Ipod will charge. But no music can be played. My wifes older 2nd gen Ipod nano, pre video capability, works just fine for music. When plugged in to the cable, "Pioneer" is displayed on the screen of the Ipod it
  3. Just wanted to add my two-cents worth on this subject. I searched and searched the web for all info I could find on the bypass. The only info out there as of Oct 30th was the info in this thread from AVIC411. I had my N4 installed yesterday and I have followed the bypass instructions from here. Just to let you all know, in case you are wondering or worried about doing it, mine works as shown. I pulled the yellow/black wire out of that connector (which was not being used and is listed as the "guide on" lead that controls the mute feature on the multi channel processor control unit that I
