Hey guys... I get this error now and i see all kinds of people having success with the burned disks.... What I am wondering if has anyone on here gotten that message and been able to then burn a disk to actually make the system work,,, Or once this error shows up are we screwed?? I just bought a spindle of Verbatum DVD+R DL disks and tried burning the ISO with PowerISO and it did work either... So I am just trying to figure out if I should give up... Or if I drop the $200 and buy the OEM Disks from Pioneer will that fix my problem... Don't want to fork out that money if it won't

So for the people that have had success with burning these ISO's what is the best Disk to use? and what program had the best success... Cheers Whit

Ipod's don't have USB connections on them. They have that custom Mac connection that is on that cable. So what are you plugging the USB part into? Like the other person said is it just there for USB drives for Movies and additional Music? Whit

Thanks again for the answers.... I was seeing somewhere that there is a Pbus Ipod adapter for the F series... I am guessing that is not the one I want to buy?? Since the XM mod will take up the Pbus slot

Hey guys... Well my D2 just died and I am looking at buying an F series unit for my truck. I see that there is 2 with DVD: F90BT F900BT the 90 is listed as a Premier InDash. What are the major differences between these units? Both have Blue Tooth built in... So what extra's do I get? I currently have XM Radio with my D2 and want to make sure that I have that with my new unit. Any help would be great before I make this purchase. Whit

Hey guys I got the Please eject Disc and insert appropriate disc. I need to know the procedure to downgrade? I have looked for 2 hours in the search and can't find it anywhere. Does one exist? I have pressed the reset button but all it does is turn t he unit off and close the screen and the restart and return the same message as above. Please help thanks guys! Whit

Where did you download the new one from? I download the same one as the orginal post and my system is messed now. It did the update... Worked great. I then shut my truck down and started it about 5 hours later.... I get the following message and I can't do anything on the radio "Please eject the disc and insert the appropriate disc again." Well it will play DVD's thru a player like a DVD Changer. So its not like he was lying to the guy. Unless he said it would play DVD's from the Headunit.

Thanks. I am trying to gather as much info as I can for when the unit goes in my truck on Thursday next week. Got everything I need I think. My P920XM showed up yesterday and the D1 was here on Thursday! Earliest my installer could get it in was on Thursday next week. So now I stare at the boxes and it drives me nuts! LOL The installer knows the Bypass as he has installed many of these units into my style of truck. Any other Tidbits I should know before using the unit? Cheers Whit

Hey guys... I guess this is another dumb question but I searched and couldn't find the right answer.. I saw on another website that the AVIC-D1 does not have a Clock on it anywhere. Is this true? As my biggest concern would be I am taking the factory radio out and I lose my clock. Is there a button on the D1 that will allow me to see the time at a glance? Cheers Whit
