I have a x920 unit and it can be public. If you pm when it's complete. Vehicle: Dodge Nitro R/T Color: white I am looking for something with the front grill and the dodge logo. Would like the background to be black or dark grey. Not sure what else to have in it?

So in the destination screen there is a traffic button now. But it says no data when I press it. Is this something that will never work for me? Chris

Hey guys, I have 920 in my truck and want to upgrade to the 940. But the last time I tried this it was on my old D series and I bricked the unit. So does anyone have a complete instruction list and also links to what I need to down load? Sort of like an idiot proof instruction guide to do this. Would like to do it this weekend. Has Pioneer done anything with this?? It bugs me when there is no Channel Logo and with XM now having the lineup finalized for awhile is there a way to update the channel guide with logos?

Hey Guys, Since XM and Sirius hhave revised the Channel lineup and moved a bunch of stuff around and added acouple channels to the lineup does this mean we are screwed on getting the Channel logo's to show up for the new Stations? I only get the Satalite Logo instead of a channel logo on some channels. Cheers Whit

Has anyone resolved the Album Artwork issue??? I add new music weekly to my ipod and its a pain in the ass when the art doesn't show up.

So I just added about 150 songs to my touch and none of the album art shows up on the 920bt unit. I checked the Touch to make sure the Art was there and it is... What do i need to have the art show up? and will this happen each time I add music to my touch? Oh and I have the official Pioneer Cable I bought it direct from Pioneer and picked it up at the Pioneer Service/Sales building in Markham. Cheers Whit

How do I get to that screen... I said where I was getting the version info from. Aparently I am in the wrong place. I just went thru the PDF for the manual and it was pointing me to where I was... and its not the same place you speak of. Thanks Chris

I have a X920BT and I went into the Settings menu and selected the Service Information Screen. It lists the Version: 02.0000 and my Device #. If this is not the screen that I should be at where would I find this info? Chris

I am having the same issue with my unit. Showing ver. 2.0000 So according to pioneer it needs to be updated. I place the firmware on the SD Card so the AVICZ110 is in the root of the card. I than place it in the radio and the radio reboots right away but after acouple seconds turns on and nothing has been updated and the system info still shows the same ver.# as above. Also I was reading on here that there was a v2.003 but Pioneers website does not have that firmware listed. Was there an issue with it and they went back to 2.002?? Thanks Whit

Hey guys, I just bought a 920BT and will be having it installed tomorrow. I am trying to figure out acouple things. Currently see in the manual that there is an option to listen to music thru Bluetooth which I think is very cool. Since I use my Blackberry as on of my audio sources. Will the Bluetooth Audio show Album Art?? Or just all the Song info but not bring over the Art. If that is the case then I will spend the money and get the Ipod cable and use my Ipod as my main source now in the vehicle instead of my Blackberry. I just hate carrying both my iPod and Blackberry everywhe

Hey guys.... I have a Avic-D1 in my Sport Trac right now and have just removed it cause it died on me. In the process of getting the x920BT as the replacement. I am wondering how much different the Wiring Harness is for the 920BT? Will I need to do alot of different wiring? I am willing to bet Pioneer has changed the Wiring Harness cause life couldn't be that easy! But on the upside my XM Module is already wired so thats one less think I need to worry about. Well I was getting tired of having no screen and not knowing what station I was on... So I pulled out the radio AVIC Unit and put back in the stock radio that came with my truck. jzflsrt not sure if you are interested in still trying to figure out a way to fix it. If you are flip me a PM and maybe I can ship it to you if you feel that strongly you can fix it. If not interested let me know and I will try Turbo Tunes and see if it can be fixed. Whit

My 2005 disks are perfect look like they are brand new. I have tried the above instructions again acouple times and no luck. So are you thinking its best for me to just find someone to repair it? Flip me an email if its easier to talk that way. Thanks for your help. Cheers Whit

Well I tried the above and it still only updated 2 of 3. Plus returns the Insert Proper Disk. I am going to pull the unit out Monday and send it to Turbo Tunes. Hopefully they can fix it. For the $110 and that includes a set of the new DISKS also and its already upgraded. Keep you posted on how it works out. Cheers Whit

Let me just clarify... I am getting the Insert Proper Disk Error because of the bad 90mt disk that I had. So I go into the Service Menu Switch it over to another Language. Then Restart the Unit and it will Upgrade. Once it finishes the unit says its checking the disk and kicks back the Insert Proper Disk Error. At this point you want me to go back into the Service Menu change it back to English. Restart the system and eject the Rom Disk before it runs the English Update from the 90MT disk. Insert the OG Disk that came with the unit back in 2005. It should then run the update fro

Ok I just did the lang change to spanish and I still get the "Please Eject the disc and insert the appropriate disc again" Its the GPS Module that won't update. Still shows as NG. What is Dragon Connect? Also annoyed that the entire system is basically useless just cause of the GPS is screwed now. Guess I am off to get this thing serviced... Really don't want to pay Pioneer to fix it but I don't think I have much of a choice. Whit

I am pretty sure the screen is working fine. Atleast it was before this. I can't do anything on the system cause of the insert disk screen stays there. Kind of sucks that you can't still use the other parts of the system if the GPS Module is showing NG. So I have the 2005 Disk that came with the system. What I am going to do is insert it. Go into the service menu and then change it to french. Do I then turn the car off and then back on and it should do the switch to French? The other thing I find odd is that the GPS Module 4.40 that is on the 2005 Disk the 90MT disk and the 100MT
