Administrator please sticky this since it seems to be a common problem. LIke many of you, I had my system professional set up. Now, after a month, I cannot use touch screen. It normally just gets stuck on the warning message that tells you not to watch movies while driving. Now nothing is working except that hard buttons. Resting worked until I turned off the car, now it stopped working again. We need to resolve this pronto.

I got the same issue, we need a master thread on this. Did you bypass the system?

I have the exact same problem I also tried resetting and the problem came back the next time I started my car.
