  1. Just got my car back from the shop last week after custom fitting the Z1 into my dash. I have an 04 Chrysler Crossfire and I had to move some things around to make it all work. Overall I'm very happy with my installer and it looks like it came out of the factory the way it looks So far the unit works great (let's hope it stays that way). Props go out to JP's Auto Styles in Port Charlotte, FL Enjoy the pics
  2. I bought a refurb Z1 unit and purchased a 2 year warranty via SquareTrade. I've read over what's covered and seems like a good deal at $150 for something that costs nearly $1000. If it cannot be fixed they give you a full refund of your purchase price. I can't see anything drastically going wrong with a head unit that sits in your car (except for software or motor issues with the LCD) I get mine installed next week so hopefully everything is good with it
  3. I actually looked at the manual to find my own answer. It sucks about no logo channels but hopefully a new model will come out that will have them. until then....
  4. Could anyone with Sirius and a Z1 or Z2 take a picture of what the interface looks like. I hear people complaining that it looks terrible but can't find a picture of how it really looks. Thanks in advance
  5. Ok, I have a SIR-PNR2 already with my DEH-P4800MP so that's good. I'm sure I can do it right now but the DEH interface is absolutely terrible to figure anything out
  6. I'm getting a Z1 soon and saw on the Pioneer website that when listening to Satellite radio you can hit a memo button to add a song to a list so when it plays on a different station you can switch over to that station the song is playing on (kind of the same thing for Sports teams but music). Does this function work with Sirius because it only showed it working with XM, not sure if that's an XM function or an actual Z1 function.
  7. It's the Tuner, this happened to me with my SIR-PNR2 with my current Pioneer unit. It played once, turn off/ turn on, then it wouldn't. Luckily it was within a few days of me receiving it and I got a new one from Crutchfield and my new one has been fine ever since.
