So I just had my 8000 installed last week and noticed today when I call or receive a call nobody can hear me nor can I hear them unless I switch to phone earpiece. Bluetooth streaming works and the onscreeen shows the call,just no sound. I deleted the Bluetooth connection and added it back to no avail..anyone seen this issue?

I'm having an 8000 installed tomorrow and have the nexus 6 phone..if I root my phone and install and purchase the app will it all function?
