to me it seems that it dosent even try to read the sd or usb therefor not letting me do anything just keeps looping over and over any ideas?? tried the removal nothing happened

hello I have a AVIC-X930bt well its x9310bt {Canadian i was told] Any way while pasting original back up files i had in test mode the unit accidentally got unplugged from power so now no matter what i try to do just get a screen that says PROGRAM update started gets to 50% on the first status bar and then program update failed. restarting. it just loops over and over can not access testmode anyway sd,usb,or the button method if i am doing it right for this devise not sure what i can do now not trying to send it to pioneer for 250$ any help out there for this please
