try and reinstall the main firmware?. in the link i sent you there is a bluetooth file maybe it can help?. if you can open up your deck in WinCE via the test file and look around for a bluetooth folder and take a picture of the contents i'll compare it to my files on my deck and we can go from there.

usually there is two power points in a deck. one that is always on for remebering stuff and one for when the car turns on you need to have both power cords hooked up. i think its called accessory. worst case look up a wiring diagram
