OKay I tried to expand using vista disk manager and all it allowed me to do was turn the unallocated space into a simple volume, striped, and spanned. I turned the space into a simple volume, which turned the whole disk into a dynamic disk. Once it was done formating I could not expand or shrink any of the partitions. What did I do wrong?

Just picked up a MK6034GAX that I threw the Z2 image on. I want to expand the music partition but unsure which one it is. Thanks for any help.

NOW, thats an idea! I also have a spare drive cause I upgraded my ps3 I just checked PS3 drive is SATA, we need an ATA don't we? Ah well excuse to buy a 7200 drive once some finds out the reboot issue I will pick on up.

This would be great if we can get faster drives working.

I saw someone mention the rebooting issue and he fixed it by removing his paired bluetooth devices. Not sure how they would still be there after swaping the drive though. Anyway thought I would mention it. I have my 60gb drive that came from my PS3, going to give that a try once I pick up a copy of acronis.

Can I buy a second HDD to put this image on to, just incase anything messes up I can always pop the stock HDD with my Z1 software on it? If so where can I pick up the drive? Thanks.

OKay I couldn't wait and thankfully my module is right under my glove box so all I had to do was stick my head underneath and pull it off. The cable was neatly wound up and zip tied so cut them and extended the cable to the point where the module was sitting almost in the back seat. Used my house line to call my cell, pop on pick up again. GRRR. Only think I can think of the bluetooth module's wire is running somewhat close to my zapco signal amplifers they adjust the voltage to give a cleaner speaker signal to the amps. Yah I have two amps one for the doors and one for the sub. The blue tooth unit is far enough away from the stereo I beleive. I have a STi and the bluetooth unit is prob about two - three feet away, almost under my glove box. Like I said only happend once in a blue moon with my razr but happens every single time the z1 picks up a call through my iPhone. Only happens on pick up though. Never happens during the call. Could the bluetooth module be bad?

Happened once in a while with my old razr, but everytime the iphone picks up a call it makes a pop over the speakers. Other than that calls come through fine no echo, etc. The pop is just annoying. Any ideas?

Yah thats what I am getting now just the numbers I put in my address book. I want to know why if I say Telephone book, nothng pops up?

If I hit the voice activation button and say call, then phone book or just phone book only it goes right to my map screen. If I say call then the name, like home it works fine. Anyone else have the issue? I don't understand why it does go to the telephone book when it gives it to you as one of the options under voice commands.

Thats where I have had mine installed since day one in my STi and never had an issue with echoing.

Hmm you might be right on the first phone call thing, I will have to try calling my cell from another phone. I am using a Razr.

I get a pop over the speakers sometimes when the unit picks up a phone call either automatically or when I pick it up. I noticed it happens alot with my gf phone, then again she is usally the one that calls me. Anyone else ever have this issue?

okay just made a disc with a whole bunch of jpg sizes and the Z1 does automatically resize them. I am using 480x360 just to save some HDD space.

I would like them to add the ablity to play mp3's off of a DVD. I could store hundreds that way and not even bother using the Hard drive.

You don't need it. Just find some scrap metal, it will work better then the thin pad.

Y have to be a few inches away from it to see it, and like I said if I turn down the dimmer it is even less noticable. I guess it is just the quailty of the screen. The LCD does get hot to the touch, not burning, but it has to be in the 90s. I will have to use my temp gun to test it out.
