  2. oh geeze, thank you very much, that worked, i have no idea y i thought it would be av2, thanks again
  3. I have my ps2 in my glove box and ran the audio/video cords to the avic. I hooked them up to the audio/video input cables in the back and the avic d3 is even recognizing that there is something plugged into it. I go to AV-2 on the d3, and it's just a black screen without any audio. Does anyone have any ideas? I am going to pull my dash off again to test the av cables with something else other than my ps2 to make sure its not jsut the nav, but before I do that, I jsut want to make sure that theres just a simple setting in the d3 I have to change. Thanks
  4. I have an 07 mustang gt with shaker 1000 and i did not do the resistor, its on back order, but I will install it as soon as i get it in. my question is, is it harming my speakers when it goes 'pop' on startup? btw, for any mustang owner who is unsure of putting in the avic d3 with their shaker 1000, omg do it, its incredible how much better the sound quality is, i had no idea that the head unit could change so much. also, you have so much more control over the output to the rear subwoofer and other settings, sounds amazing and hits so much harder.
