  1. Have you called them yet? I wish they would charge on a case by case basis. $200 flat rate is fu(king ridiculous. Someone could have a dirty lens...bam...200 bucks. Call'em and let me know what they tell you.
  2. I've always been able to listen to cd's but the only thing that shows up on the screen is that "Insert Appropriate disc" error in three different languages. I can change tracks with the knob and switch to the radio by pressing the source button, but again, the screen never leaves the error message. I really want to adjust the audio levels (bass, treble, or equalizer), but I can't get passed that error to see any options. Is there a way to get passed that error message? 3. I was so excited to hear that this worked because I have the same problem. I rushed out and followed each step but at the end when it resets, I still get the same error. Is there anything else I can try? The only discs I have are the Version 1.2 discs and I used the West one to do the flashing. Is there anyway to get around the error until I get this fixed so I can at least use the audio portion of this device or does rely completely on the disc in the ROM drive? Thanks for any help.
