If I understand correctly, with this hex edit you can remove the warning (drive safely etc.) screen after starting the car?

No problems encountered whatsoever, the unit resumes music played from USB without problems after starting the car.

Today i'm gonna find out.. I'll let you know.

I have a confirmed F840BT here. (OEM version of F940BT) The update took 22 minutes and everything went well. I would like to thank Flomsen for the map files and monsterF9 for the hex guide. Thanks guys!

Hope the 2015 update is not as bad as the 2013 update was.

Unfortunately, this device does not play music files in alphabetical order when copying files or folders to a stick or SD-card. It's very annoying. Especially when you add new files at a later time to the stick or card. One solution is to format the stick or card and copy all the files at one time to the stick or card. Now it is in alphabetic order again.

I'm curious how the unit knows that there is an update available.
