This thing is password protected... I can't even unzip it. Thread may be long dead, but I got my car used and had service done on it. They had to unplug unit and now it's lock in password screen. I contacted original owner and all the passwords she gave me failed. This is my last ditch effort before I send it off to get reset for over $200! in that case I might as well just get a new one... ANYONE now the password to unzip these files?!?!
