LOL, guess I didn't make myself very clear. Thank you for the great idea to look at earlier releases. I was commenting that I had tried searching for the 8300 with no success. Anyways thanks, I did determine the usual date.

My 8100NEX worked fine for 8 months then just quick. My guess is a hardware problem for yours also.

Any guess or rumors on the release date for the, I presume 8300nex? The radio on my 8100nex just quit. Everything else works. Icons display but no channels. Like to see what the updates look like before I do anything as far as a replacement. Thanks!
