Well ok mine turns off

not sure what you're talking about. I get to a screen that among a bunch of selections has a power off selection. hit that and the unit turns off.

Gas stations, restaurants, and some others. I have them all selected and only gas stations show up

On my 8100 I hit the middle button and select AV. On that screen is a power off icon. I stumbled on it one day

I installed my radio a few months ago and the only services I can get to appear on the map is gas stations. How do I get other businesses to appear?

I'm trying to download this update to an 8GB USB stick, I get an unspecified error on one of the South Carolina maps which won't complete the download successfully. I've opened two tickets with NAVIEXTRAS. Do they ever respond to support issues?
