Does this thing do text to voice?

What company did your headrest work? Do they have a website? I want to have mine done. V/r AL

We all know that method. We were trying to get it to work from the touch screen. V/r AL

I figured it out you have to goto the 3rd screen under AV settings and put the radial buttons to "on". The problem I have now is that when you select it it doesn't go to the NAV screen just a regular screen that says, "Navigation" at the top. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
