do these mods work on a f90BT and can anyone point me in the direction of how to go about installing these on a f90bt?

No they don't sell a HD radio system for the Z-series, however the whole HD radio thing is pretty ridiculous. Check out your Messages, i sent you a message of my Z1 that was upgraded to a Z3 for sale with the Xm and Nav traffic and everything. Its a great deal. Let me know

Yea, but I paid a place to install, so you can imagine my annoyance level!!!! Yea i understand, they should have checked obviously didn't or didn't pay enough attention to realize it was upside down. bring it back and they should fix the issue, if not call the better business bureau. then you'll get what you want.

HAHA, I'm sorry for laughing, I've done the same thing. The camera is upside down so if its a BOYO like you say then just unscrew the two screws holding it to the license plate and flip it over. That should fix the issue. Enjoy

Hey I'm in the process of ordering a F90bt and i was wondering if anyone could send me detailed instructions on how to extract the .dat file off my AVIC unit and reprogram it to say 256 instead of 8 so that it will work while driving and what else i need to do to as far as grounding wires to make this all work. I have computer knowledge but not programming knowledge. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks

How do you truly burn your library of music to CDs so that The Z3 will actually be able to apply the name from the CD to the song in the library. I don't want to have to type in every single song name and artist. Let me know thanks.

IS it worth it to sell the Avic z1 and get a F series? I cant decide

i have an 8830 my self and im sorry to hear the address book doesn't work, i wanted to get the bluetooth piece as well but now im thinking i wont if its not compatible to work very well. ill let you know if i find anything

the hardware should work fine with the new Z1 as for the i pod adapter imagine it will work the same but i don't know for sure i don't use an i pod.

Bring it to a machine shop or a installer i had the same problem with my TC when i had it and it was a complete pain in the ass. The door never shut correctly again.

SO i have an 04 Xterra that i finally installed my Avic Z-1 into last night. When i turn the car on though, my Avic system just reboots over and over and the speakers have a static sound each time the Avic reboots too. Anyone know what i can do to fix this issue?

Lol welcome to Pioneer. The Avic only allows regular CD's to be played in it. so only about 20 songs or so. NO DVD filled with music, no MP3 CD's just plan CD's.
